5 panels baseball cap and 6 panels baseball cap are two comment styles usually. Baseball cap with 6 panels can has a good shape from it’s own structure and it looks very excellent, most famous baseball cap brand companies has a lot of popular caps like this. Baseball cap with 5 panels is similar with 6 panels, with same workmanship with 6 panels, the difference is that some of the baseball cap need to print or embroidery a large design or logo on the cap, so the front panels is combined of 2 panels so that it will be easy to make the logo more flat and keep its shape.
