Can you make Custom Orders?
Yes. Since 1994, we've processed custom orders for headwear and Kitchen textile from international buyers like you. Our experience extends through our art department, which works closely with you to perfect your designs. Our buyers accept our first sample designs 90 percent of the time.
What shall we do, if we need put logo on the product?
Just send the logo by e-mail, attached the picture by “JPG” file. Our R&D department is fully computerized. With AUTO CAD, we can design embroidery by ourselves. We also design new products according to the fashion tendency. We've been updating the fabric and style of products. After analyzing different types and setting market goals, focusing on the research of relating technology, we can develop new products every week.
What’s your opinion for small order?
Your orders as few as 500 caps/hats are welcome. We provide full logistical support including insurance, shipping, customs and export documentation. And eleven years of OEM experience means we can provide the service you demand.
What’s your policy of samples?
All samples (less than 6 pcs) are free of charge but we need your payment for the air freight. We need your express account number, then the free samples will be sent out within one week by collected air fright to your account.
What’s the sample lead time?
About 7-10 days depending on the design and quantity.
What’s the delivery lead time?
Vary from 30-45 days depending on the style and quantity of products ordered.
How about the payment terms?
Normally the following 3 terms of payment are acceptable
1) L/C at sight.
2) 30% deposit by T/T when P/O placed and samples approved, and 70% against shipping documents copy e-mailed to you.
3)For small order, Cash or T/T for full amount in advance.
How do you control your quality?
From fabric inspection, cutting, cutting piece inspection, sewing, in-line inspection and technical support, finishing, final inspection to packing and final selected inspection, we are committed to providing customers with products that meet the latest standard of excellence.
